Question of the Week: How do you get rid of pre-race jitters?

The night before the race could keep you from having a good sleep and in general, a state of of mind that wouldn't be best before (and when) running. Pre-race jitters can come from questions like:

  • Will I finish?
  • Will my time be good?
  • Am I prepared?

Of course only you can answer those questions. But to help with them, stay positive and trust yourself.

So the question is: How do you get rid of pre-race jitters?
