The night before the race could keep you from having a good sleep and in general, a state of of mind that wouldn't be best before (and when) running. Pre-race jitters can come from questions like:
- Will I finish?
- Will my time be good?
- Am I prepared?
Of course only you can answer those questions. But to help with them, stay positive and trust yourself.
