Sometimes it can be hard to find the energy or motivation to workout. But it is possible to help trick yourself into getting your session in without feeling like you were forced to, or doing it just for the sake of doing it. We have some greatly recommended tips that will help make you want to get your workout!
It always feels nice to try out a new technical shirt, shoes, or even a new bottle. It changes the experience you're used to, as well as gives you something to look forward to and to get its use out of.
Sometimes you just need a change of scenery to get that boost going again. Running on a different trail, biking down a different road, or trying out another gym will give your brain a nice little change and help for gaining new (and maybe even better) experiences!
Reward Yourself #TreatYoSelf
We don't necessarily mean with candy and other junk food, but more so with delicious (whey) fruit smoothies. It doesn't take much to make a tasty smoothie. Fresh or frozen fruit, juice, almond milk or just water, then to make it a great post workout smoothie - add your whey protein. Feel free to add in yogurt, veggies (kale, etc.), and so on. It gives you something to look forward to and gives you that feeling that you've earned it. Candy is good too, though.
Try switching it up with new exercises or activities (cross training is very beneficial). Trying out a different exercise can make a huge difference. It can target a specific muscle group differently, and even hit your core strength differently. It also gives your brain a nice little change with the new movements which can feel refreshing.

Listening to a fresh new beat can always give you a good pump to get that energy going. Put Yourself First
Remember to do you - by thinking about working out, you're already showing that you want to workout. So put yourself first, pause your life/jobs/errands, and take some time to improve your health.
