The MEC Race Series is now the largest series of races in Canada and includes beginner-friendly 5K courses, gnarly trail runs, 55K ultra runs and Canada’s only $35 Boston-qualifier marathons.
Finish your 2019 running season and join us for MEC London Race THREE: 5K/10K/15K Road - 5K/10K Trail on October 19th, 2019. That's right this is our Halloween Race, wear your costume and have some fun! For road runners choose from a 5K, 10K or a more challenging 15K option with all distances running down the beautiful riverfront of the Thames Valley Parkway. For trail runners choose from a 5K or complete the route twice for a challenging 10K route. The start and finish area is located in Gibbons Park, London.
